Indian Trail, NC. Carolina Courts Athletic Facility

Have you heard of Carolina Courts? Carolina Courts is the new Athletic Complex that has everyone in Union County and the Charlotte, NC area buzzing. I had heard of them and many readers of the Monroe Scoop had told me that I should check them out and do a story about this wonderful new facility. I stopped by and met Ron Esser, one of the co-founders of Carolina Courts along with Scott Chitwood. Ron gave me a guided tour and I was blown away by this concept that is right at our backdoor at 7210 Stinson Hartis Rd. in the Old Hickory Business Park in Indian Trail, NC.

Carolina Courts features 44,000 square of indoor athletic courts. There are 5 basketball courts (all HS regulation size), that will double as 10 volleyball courts. In addition, they will feature programs for core strength and speed programs for athletes from 8 years old and up. Carolina Courts has been designed with families in mind. Carolina Courts has a parents lounge with lounge chairs, free wifi and a flat screen TV. They have an arcade, birthday room(s), and a conference room. Watching all the action can make a person hungry. No problem. Carolina Courts feature a full service snack bar. While I was there shooting video, I enjoyed a Chik-fil-a sandwich and pizza slice from Donatos. There is plenty of stadium seating to watch the action.

This is a very modern and well run facility. I would encourage you to participate with your family and support Carolina Courts. You do not have to participate yourself or have a son or daughter playing. If you you are just a fan of sports, you will love Carolina Courts. The action is amazing. These young athletes are putting on a great show and I was extremely entertained by their speed and abilities. You can tell that these coaches love their players and the players love them back. Stop by and tour the facility, you will be amazed. This business is built around around the youth and families in our area.
