Monroe, NC. Photo of the Day
12/31/08. We experienced a rare beautiful day today at this time of the year and as I was out and about, I drove over the railroad bridge on Skyway Dr. at the Union County Courthouse, I happened to notice that the light was shining nicely on the old Seaboard Rail Station building. I just so happened to have my camera with me so I snapped this photo. I’m sure many local artists have painted this building. You just don’t see many like this anymore.
