In most states, owners/operators of most motorized vehicles driven on our public roads and highways are required to maintain liability insurance.
The liability insurance costs are based on their vehicle, their personal lifestyle, their personal history, their driving record, and other histories, etc.
Each individual’s liability insurance cost is reflective to the individual and their vehicle(s), and must pay accordingly.
Not so with ObamaCare.
President Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Capitol Hill Democrats “crammed down your throats” in 2009-2010 in the US House http://clerk.house.gov/evs/2010/roll165.xml.
In the US Senate http://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/roll_call_lists/roll_call_vote_cfm.cfm?congress=111&session=1&vote=00396, everyone is treated equally.
Not one member of the Republican Party on Capitol Hill voted for this unconstitutional legislation.
If an individual becomes an alcoholic or drunk, a drug addict, a smoker, practices loose sex, homosexuality, lesbian activity, and/or other more costly health care with hazardous lifestyle activities, etc., and because his or her unsafe activities may create more ObamaCare health care cost, the more good living and healthier lifestyle individuals are “penalized” and forced to pay the excessive costs for the not so good living with more hazardous lifestyle individuals.
Additionally, under ObamaCare, as under Socialism or Communism, there is less or no personal incentive to work harder and smarter to achieve more than those who lack the incentive to attain more in life.
All people become equal.
Socialism or Communism replaces a free and open Capitalistic economy based on our Constitution and US Code.
