Recently, the Monroe Fire Department conducted a fire demonstration to showcase the importance of home sprinklers. The demonstration was held on Lomax St at a residential apartment complex that was once the Help Crisis Pregnancy Center. The Fire Department equipped one side of the duplex with a home fire sprinkler system for the demonstration. The Fire Department’s goal is to share lifesaving information with the citizens of Monroe.
