April 29, 2011 – MONROE, NC – On April 28, Union Power crews set out for northwest Alabama to aid fellow linemen of Tombigbee Electric Cooperative in restoring power to members there. At the height of last night’s series of storms, Union Power reports that there were approximately 2,600 members without power.
