Monroe, NC Police arrested Freda Lashon Brown, 37, or 415 Huntsmoor Drive, Apt. I, Charlotte, NC, today in connection with the DMV robbery and shooting that occurred on November 1, 2010. She was charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery.
