The Monroe Scoop is a new local web site that is growing. In an effort to serve all of our citizens, I would like for you to become a part of what we do here. If you have a community event that needs publicity or a news event you would like to make Union County, NC citizens aware of, please send it to me. You can also upload photos and documents. How many of you take a camera or a camcorder with you at all times nowadays? If you shoot video and post to a video hosting site such as youtube.com, send me the link and I can easily embed your video here on the Scoop. If you have breaking news, send it to me and I’ll give it top priority for publication on The Scoop. Snap a great photo? Send it in.
