Silence. There is nothing worse than a silent broken lawnmower. My mower broke recently and left me with a ton of work and aggravation. Having lawn equipment repaired is not something I need done on a regular basis because I’ve been lucky I guess. Because it was a heavy riding mower, I couldn’t pick it up and throw it like I wanted too. I needed it repaired. I asked myself where do I take it? I had an idea but I wasn’t sure if they would work on smaller equipment. I knew that Whitley’s Lawn & Garden on Pageland Hwy worked on and sold the bigger equipment but would they fix my Craftsman riding mower?
I contacted Whitley Lawn & Garden on Hwy 601 S and they said “no problem, bring it to us”. Whitley repaired my mower and gave me such good customer service that I decided to do a “Good Service Alert” video review about my experience. This is the first business review video that I have published here on the Scoop and I hope you enjoy it. The Monroe Scoop supports local small business and when we find reputable & honest businesses in our area, we want to spread the word. The video expresses my own opinion. Due to the fantastic customer service and the repair of my lawnmower, I highly recommend the services of Whitley Lawn & Garden.

Good stuff.
I saw something like this in SE Michigan recently on a 20HP Briggs & Stratton Twin.

I second your opinion. I’ve done business with Chad and he’s a first class guy who runs a first class business.
Steve, great job on the video. You came across and very sincere and I can tell you that if I lived in Union County, I’d go to Whitley.
You are exactly right that when your mower is broke, it is the most frustration a man can feel.

This Steve Sherron, is an asset to his community. I’ll certainly think of Whitley’s Lawn & Garden, next time my lawnmower needs fixing.
