
The Union County Health Department will hold the following flu clinics this week. H1N1 and seasonal flu shots will be available on a limited basis. All shots are free.
H1N1 Flu Clinic: By Appointment Only
Target Group: Pregnant women and children six months to 35 months of age

Time: 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.

Seasonal Flu Clinic: Walk-in
Target Group: School children only
Date: Tuesday, November 10
Time: 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Place: Porter Ridge High School
Seasonal Flu Clinic: By Appointment Only
Target Group: Children not in school (3 to 4 years or younger)
Date: Friday, November 13
Time: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

H1N1 Flu Clinic: Walk-in
Target Group: Pregnant women; caregivers for children that are 6 months and younger; children and young adults age 6 months to 24 years of age; healthcare and EMS workers; persons age 25 to 64 who have medical conditions (diabetes, asthma, respiratory illness, heart disease, kidney disease, neurological disorders and others) that put them at higher-risk for flu related complications
