It was announced last week that Monroe Crossing will be shutting its Customer Service Center located in the mall.
The Customer Service Center at Monroe Crossing has been a staple in the mall for years offering gift-wrapping services, stroller and wheelchair rentals along with gift card sales.
The closing marks a big change in Monroe Crossing coming on the heels of the Waldenbooks announcement that they will be closing their Monroe Crossing location after the holidays.
Waldenbooks, owned by Borders, is closing 200 stores nationwide.
Monroe Crossing is owned by Madison Marquette headquartered in Washington, D.C.
